When the guy goes out to make a living, the lady......


Went for a massage @ Javanese Traditional Massage. Deep down inside I am still a traditional girl. I prefer the old auntie to massage. Boy! The pressure is sooooo good that I don't feel like asking her to stop. I have always been to Javanese Massage to unwind myself. My shoulder blade feel soooo much lighter than previously.....



All I can say is.....

Had dinner with my buddies... Yesh!!! It's been a while we meet up for a meal....

How cheap skate can a Singaporean be...???

Very.... To an extend, they willing to lodge a complaint against innocent party....

Here goes.....

All airline in THIS world practice what they call overbooking. Since aircraft is not like buses or cars whereby you can stand or sit on top of each other. So what do they do if its overbook, ask passengers if they would like to go on the later flight with package waiting for them. Package vary from country to country. If passengers not willing to we will try to either upgrade/downgrade or even force them to go to another flight. Yea that what we do.

Flight to Hanoi on Singapore Airline is full, a Singaporean guy booked on economy class not willing to go on next flight. So this lady tries and beg her officer to put him on the flight. Next counter 4 Koreans booked on economy class has been waited for nearly an hour got upgraded. Count their lucky stars...

Upon seeing this, Singaporean guy sees RED!!!.... "Not fair!"... "I'm not being upgraded"...."Must do something"

Singaporean guy ask the lady why she did not offer him to purchase business class if there seats... Being Singaporean to cover bits and pieces, he says he's willing to to pay the fare difference or even use his mileage to upgrade....

In the first place, we do not sell tickets at a very last minute even though you willing to pay for the difference. Reason being, if all the economy class do turns up, and reservations been selling out the business class tickets, then we will be even more overbooking, RIGHT! Where are we to put the extras economy class passengers who does not want to pay for the difference?

Told that to the Singaporean guy who does not accept the fact...

Second reason, we do not do mileage upgrading at the counter. Reason being, it's being handled by Kris Flyer and it has to pre-plan. Meaning plan your trip properly. Further to it, basic card does not have ENOUGH mileage to cover the upgrading. Unless you are holding Gold, Solitaire or even Life Solitaire, you have more then enough mileage to do upgrading.

Told that to the Singaporean guy who still does not accept the fact....

How to tell these people in a nicer tone.... Done that been that.... Still first impression complaint.... That what Singaporean is good at....

Imagine you received a good service... It's within you and your memory cells....

But if it's complaint...SINGAPOREAN rather share......

Bottom line PLEASE to ALL....

Intend to take SINGAPORE AIRLINE, the flight opens 2 days/48 hours for checking in through Internet prior to your departure time.

Please do US a favour and select your own seats...

Be KIASU!!! and don't be alarmed if the flight is full you will see many many people checking in already.

Don't come to US and say if WE can change seat for you.... Whatever you see is WHAT we see....

See everyone can check in....

Everyone can become an AGENT!

Now I feel SOOOOO SINGAPOREAN....COMPLAINING...

Am I?.... I feel that I'm telling everyone what to do....Am I good or am I just gooood!!!

Okies....I'm just letting it out....I feel that I have done my best to reason out to some people, but some people love not to listen....Listen and acknowledge things if it did not go as plan. Don't act you know things, if you know things then you might as well not need us there for checking in. Always think, the person works knows best and not you. You can ask if you want to know more, but not get angry....

Another trick, never gets BITCHY with customer service, they will definitely be MORE bitchy then you.

Be EXTRA friendly and you might never know what in store for you....
