...Stress is one of the factor that prevent one from having a good night sleep. Keep computer and put aside all bills away... Ok here its goes....I do not keep my computer in the room *mine is a laptop I always keep it in my laptop bag but it's still in the room....is that consider computer in the room?* But where shall I put it if it's not in my room....Hmmmm....As for bills.....Its all in the living room....

...Believe it or not, ambient light from streetlamps, alarm clocks, and DVD players could be keeping you awake....My room is in total darkness once I switch the lights off...I do not even have bed lights....But why cant I still have good night sleep...?
coughing, sneezing, and sniffling all night...and you don't even have a cold.
...You could be sharing your bed with anywhere from 100,000 to 10 million dust mites...I don't remember coughing or sneezing or even sniffling....Maybe Im allergied to my sisters....Hahaha....Solution: To reduce allergens, vacuum and dust regularly

Pets...Maybe your pets wants some love from u...Bottom line is I do NOT have any pets...Unless you consider these as pets....
